This inviting single-story space provides a comfortable and relaxing ambiance. Outside, you'll find a shared chlorine swimming pool and a barbecue area perfect for enjoying summer evenings with friends and family.

The interior is crafted for ultimate comfort and convenience. It includes a welcoming lounge area with a sofa and a table, ideal for relaxing after a day out. The space also features a television and an open gas kitchen, equipped with all the necessary utensils for easy meal preparation. A washing machine is available for added convenience.
