Haus am Park apartment 31: 2-room apartment with high-quality furnishings close to the beach

This exclusive, high-end 2-room apartment (approx. 57 m²) on the 2nd floor is highly functional and fully furnished. All floors in the apartment are tiled.

The vacation apartment can accommodate a total of 3 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The bright and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with 4 chairs. From the living room, you have two direct exits to the approximately 10 m² sunny balcony (facing east, southeast, west, and north) with various pieces of balcony furniture and sun loungers—from here, you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the nearby Baltic Sea, the beautiful Baltic Park right next door, and the rooftops of Kühlungsborn!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with two modern flat-screen TVs as well as a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, capsule coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy and modern bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet, and also has direct access to the balcony. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

The beautiful bathroom, featuring floor-to-ceiling high-quality wall tiles, has a shower, sink, and toilet, as well as ample storage space.
In addition, the apartment includes a small storage room in the entryway for suitcases and luggage.

To wash your vacation clothes, shared (coin-operated) washing machines and dryers are available in the basement of the apartment building.

You can park your car free of charge in a double-parking underground garage space (Note: maximum height 1.80 m!) in the neighboring “Haus Meeresblick”; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room within the residential complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your apartment complex. Upon request, the bicycles can also be delivered directly to your vacation rental.

The elevator provides convenient access to all floors of the residential complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the nearby restaurant “Feels” (Anglersteig 2), which is located right nearby and features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. or treat yourself in the evening to flavorful dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations. You’ll find many other eateries and restaurants within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) can be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee.

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
