Located right on the beach, this exclusive, high-end, and comfortably furnished 4-room tower suite (approx. 100 m²) on the 3rd and 4th floors is connected by an internal staircase.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

As soon as you enter the suite, you’ll find a very spacious and comfortable tower apartment. The floor-to-ceiling French windows in the living room and in the upstairs bedroom offer you a breathtaking and beautiful, unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and the beach promenade, which run directly in front of the apartment complex!

From the spacious hallway, which features a bench, a coat rack, and a mirror, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation apartment.

The elegant and light-filled living room in the tower features two comfortable leather sofas, an armchair, and a coffee table —here you can sit back and relax while enjoying a fantastic, breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea right in front of you!

For your entertainment, the living area is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV, a DVD player, and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment features free Wi-Fi (subject to availability—in accordance with our Terms and Conditions, we assume no liability for any service disruptions).

The semi-open kitchen and dining area includes a fully equipped built-in kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots. There are two options for enjoying your meals: You can choose between the breakfast bar with bistro stools right by the window, offering an unobstructed, sweeping view of the Baltic Sea stretching out before you, or the cozy and spacious dining table with comfortable benches and chairs.

The apartment features a furnished balcony (facing southeast) in the basement, approximately 5 m² in size, which you can access from the dining room. On the upper floor of the apartment, you’ll also find a very large furnished rooftop terrace (approx. 20 m²). Here, you’ll be treated to an impressive and fantastic unobstructed panoramic view over the rooftops of Kühlungsborn and the seemingly endless Baltic Sea. This special location is perfect for experiencing unforgettable sunrises and sunsets, relaxing while taking in the vastness of the sea, daydreaming, or quietly enjoying the balmy summer nights in the evening with a good glass of wine!

The exclusive, very spacious, and high-quality furnished first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable round double bed, an armchair, and a very large wardrobe, and features a romantic electric fireplace to create a cozy atmosphere.

The light-filled and separate second bedroom in the tower on the upper floor also features a comfortable double bed and offers guests a special highlight: a breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea right in front of you—directly from your bed!

The spacious bathroom features a shower as well as a bathtub, a sink with a makeup mirror, a toilet, a heated towel rack, and ample storage space.

The apartment also features an additional separate guest restroom and a separate storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the large coat closet (with a bench and mirror) in the apartment’s spacious entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car conveniently and securely in your own reserved parking space (No. 68 / lower basement level) in the underground parking garage (maximum entry height: 1.95 m); your bicycles can be securely stored in the bike shed (in the residential complex’s courtyard). If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your residential complex.

Using the elevator in the residential building (not the one from the underground parking garage), you can easily reach the 2nd floor of the residential complex and access the apartment (3rd floor) via a separate staircase.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony or the rooftop terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

At the nearby restaurant “La Perla,” which features a large outdoor terrace, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or treat yourself in the evening to delicious dishes, select wines, or special cocktail creations. On the first floor of the residential complex, there are 3 additional restaurants (Chinese, seafood, and Balkan), and you’ll find countless other restaurants within walking distance.

A laundry package (complete set of bed linens—the beds are already made, one large bath towel, two hand towels, a shower mat, and a dish towel) must be booked as an initial supply for an additional fee (see prices).

The apartment rate is based on occupancy by a maximum of 4 people.

Deviations from the specified requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
