Haus Birkentraum WE 3: spacious 3-room apartment with balcony close to the beach

This spacious 3-room apartment (approx. 68 m²), located near the beach on the first floor and first floor (with an internal staircase), is highly functional and fully furnished. The living area has laminate flooring, while the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 3 people.

The bright and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, a separate dining table with chairs, and a large wall unit. From the living room, you have direct access to the large balcony (facing west) with balcony furniture. Here you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchenette with a 4-burner stove, oven, exhaust fan, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands with lamps, and a spacious closet.

The separate, additional second bedroom features a comfortable single bed with a nightstand and lamp, a spacious closet, a shelf, and an armchair.

The modern bathroom (on the first floor) features a walk-in shower with a real-glass shower enclosure, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a hair dryer, and a toilet.

The apartment also has an additional, separate toilet on the first floor.

If needed, a laundromat is available right near your vacation rental (approx. 100 m) for washing your vacation clothes.

In the rear garden area, there is a barbecue area with a charcoal grill that can be used by all guests.

In addition, a sauna area with loungers and a tanning bed is available on the first floor of your vacation rental. This area can be used by all guests upon request for a fee (€15.00).

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment right next to the house; your bicycles can be stored in the rear area of the property. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right near your vacation rental.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the balcony for this purpose.

Due to the steep internal staircase from the first floor to the first floor, this apartment is unfortunately not suitable for children under 5 years of age or people with disabilities. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
