This cozy 2-room apartment (approx. 42 m²), located near the beach on the 2nd floor, is highly functional and fully furnished. The floors in all rooms of the apartment are tiled.

The vacation apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) as well as a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The inviting and cozy living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (sleeper) couch, armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; and various cabinets, sideboards, and shelves.

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with a radio and CD player, and a small selection of books. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.

The open-concept kitchen area includes a built-in kitchen unit with a 2-burner ceramic cooktop, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The bedroom is furnished with two comfortable single beds (2x80x200), a nightstand, and a spacious closet. The pull-out sofa in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

The bathroom features a shower, a sink with a vanity cabinet, a toilet, and ample storage space.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet (with a large wall mirror) in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located on the same floor outside the apartment and can be used by all guests.

You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment, located right next to the building.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Thank you for your understanding!

Any deviations from the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
