This modern and comfortable 2-room apartment (approx. 64 m²) on the first floor (bel étage) offers a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The flooring throughout the apartment consists of high-quality marble tiles. All rooms are equipped with radiant floor heating.
The elevator provides convenient access to all floors of the building.
The vacation apartment sleeps a total of 4 people. For small children, we are happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) as well as a high chair upon request (for a small fee).
The cozy and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable (and pull-out) sofa, a reading chair with a footstool, a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, 2 sideboards, and a large display cabinet. The cozy atmosphere of the living area is enhanced by the wood-burning stove. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 8 m² terrace (facing northeast) with patio furniture. Here you can sit back and relax with a view of the greenery and, in the evenings, enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!
For your entertainment, the vacation rental features a modern flat-screen TV and a stereo system with a radio and CD player. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi.
The separate kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.
The cozy and inviting bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet. The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in, ground-level shower—making it senior-friendly—a vanity with a large wall mirror, a toilet, a towel radiator, a hair dryer, and ample storage space.
In addition, the apartment includes a storage room for suitcases and luggage.
You can store your vacation clothes in the coat closet in the entryway.
Shared (coin-operated) washing machines and dryers are located in the basement of the apartment complex and are available to all guests.
In the basement of the castle building, you can use the spacious and cozy fireplace room free of charge—enjoy the crackling of the open fire in a cozy lounge atmosphere!
Or enjoy the sauna (for a small fee) and then relax in the adjoining relaxation area with lounge chairs. Just unwind and enjoy your vacation!
For fresh rolls in the morning, a local bakery offers a roll delivery service during the high season —here you can pre-order from the wide variety of bakery items (you’ll find more information in the materials provided in your apartment) and have your individual order delivered right to your apartment door.
You can park your car for free in a parking space or carport assigned to your apartment, located directly below the castle building; your bicycles can be stored dry and secure in the residential complex’s bicycle storage room. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a nearby bike rental shop if you’re interested—the bicycles can also be delivered to your apartment in the castle and picked up again upon request.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!
In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!
Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
