Vacation Apartment No. 07 in the “Strandstraße 32” vacation complex is a 3-room vacation apartment that accommodates up to 4 people.

Strandstraße 32 is centrally located in Kühlungsborn Ost. The comfortably furnished apartment features two bedrooms, a living area with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a large terrace facing northeast. Relax in the approximately 50 square meters of living space. The beach is only about 350 meters away.

The vacation rental features a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa for one person and an armchair. A TV, DVD player, and stereo system provide entertainment in the evenings.

A fully equipped kitchenette includes, among other things, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a mini-oven, a dishwasher, a microwave with grill function, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a kettle. The adjacent dining table seats 4 people.

You’ll enjoy restful nights in the vacation rental in one of the two bedrooms. The first bedroom features a large double bed. You can store your vacation clothes in the closet and the dresser. A second TV provides entertainment here. In the second bedroom, you’ll find a bunk bed and a closet. Curtains hang at the windows to block out the light.

Of course, the vacation rental has a bathroom. Here you’ll find a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a large mirror. The floors are tiled. Only the bedrooms have carpet.

You can park your car in the underground garage (max. height 1.50 m; not suitable for station wagons!). Bicycles can be securely stored in a bike shed.

A washing machine and dryer (coin-operated) are available in a separate room.

The Strandstraße 32 apartment building is located on the second row, right in the center of Kühlungsborn Ost. It is only about 350 m from the pier and the beach. You can access the individual vacation apartments in the two buildings via the stairs. The building features a common area with coin-operated washers and dryers.

Each vacation apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tires). Please observe the applicable signage, as well as the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:

Pets are allowed in some of the vacation apartments. Each apartment features a balcony or terrace where you can enjoy the fresh Baltic Sea air. The apartments are each equipped with a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a living and dining area with cable TV. Wi-Fi is provided free of charge.
