Res.Leuchtturm H2WE13: modern and high-quality equipped 2-room apartment

This modern, very tastefully and high-quality furnished 2-room apartment (approx. 57 m²) on the first floor offers a high degree of functionality and is fully furnished. The flooring in the living areas is low-maintenance vinyl, and the bathroom and toilet are tiled.

The vacation rental can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

From the hallway with its coat closet, you can easily access all the rooms in your vacation rental.

The very cozy, modern, and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, armchairs, and a coffee table; a separate dining table with 4 chairs; a sideboard; and various shelves and cabinets. From the living room, you have direct access to the approximately 10 m² sunny terrace (facing southwest) with patio furniture. Here, you can sit back and relax surrounded by greenery and enjoy the balmy summer nights in peace with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern flat-screen TV and an MP3/CD radio. In addition, the apartment offers free Wi-Fi. A small selection of books is also available for your reading pleasure during your vacation.

The open-concept kitchen-living area features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The inviting and very cozy bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet.

The pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides an additional comfortable sleeping option for a third or fourth is provided by the pull-out sofa bed in the living room.

The Mediterranean-style bathroom features a shower with a low threshold (senior-friendly!), a sink, a toilet, a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, a heated towel rack, and plenty of storage space.

The apartment also includes a small storage closet for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets in the coat closet in the apartment’s entryway.

A shared (coin-operated) washing machine and dryer are located in a separate, external building on the residential complex’s grounds and are available for use by all guests.

You can park your car free of charge in a parking space (carport) assigned to your apartment, located right next to the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bike shed on the residential complex grounds. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located right next to your apartment complex.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In consideration of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
