This spacious and inviting 2-room apartment (approx. 49 m²) on the first floor is highly functional and fully furnished. All floors in the apartment are tiled.

The vacation rental can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillow, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The cozy and spacious living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, a separate dining table with 4 chairs, as well as various sideboards and shelves. From here, you have direct access to the large, partially covered terrace (facing west) with patio furniture and a small lawn. Here you can relax and enjoy a leisurely breakfast or savor the balmy summer evenings with a good bottle of wine…!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental features 1 modern flat-screen TV, a stereo system with radio and CD player, and a small selection of books and board games.

The open kitchen features a fully equipped built-in kitchen unit with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, exhaust fan, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and egg cooker. The kitchen is well-equipped with plenty of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The sleeping area in the living room is furnished with a comfortable fold-out double bed that offers a good night’s sleep, nightstands, and a spacious closet.

The separate bedroom is furnished with a comfortable bunk bed for two people, nightstands, and a closet.

The modern and bright bathroom features a shower/tub combination, a large sink, a hair dryer, and a heated towel rack. The toilet is located in a separate room.

You can park your car for free in a parking space assigned to your apartment, located directly in front of the building.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this apartment!

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are only possible after consulting with our staff by phone.
