Villa Käthe WE 1: comfortable and very tastefully furnished 3-room apartment

This comfortable and very tastefully furnished 3-room apartment (approx. 57 m²) on the first floor is highly functional and fully furnished. All floors in the apartment are tiled.

The vacation rental can accommodate a total of 4 people. For small children, we are also happy to provide a travel crib (without a mattress, comforter, pillows, or linens) and a high chair upon request (for a small fee).

The cozy and inviting living/dining room features a separate seating area with a comfortable couch, 2 armchairs, and a coffee table, as well as a separate dining table with 4 chairs and a sideboard.

The apartment features a ground-level, south-facing terrace measuring approximately 12 m² that is partially covered (furnished with a table and 4 chairs), which you can access from the living room. Here you can sit back and relax, enjoying the balmy summer evenings with a good glass of wine!

For your entertainment, the vacation rental is equipped with a modern smart TV (with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc.) and a sound system with a radio. In addition to the pre-programmed channels, this system can also be controlled via streaming using the free Wi-Fi. Furthermore, you can make free calls to German landlines.

The open kitchen area features a fully equipped, high-end built-in kitchen with a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, exhaust fan, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. The kitchen is fully and well-equipped with dishes, glasses, silverware, and pots.

The cozy first bedroom is furnished with a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet.

The separate second bedroom also features a comfortable double bed, nightstands, and a closet.

The Mediterranean-style bathroom features a low-entry shower (senior-friendly(!)), a sink, a toilet, and ample storage space.

The apartment also includes a storage room for suitcases and luggage.

You can store your shoes and jackets on the coat rack (with a mirror) in the apartment’s spacious hallway.

As a special service, this vacation rental has its own charging station (wallbox) for your eco-friendly electric car right in front of your apartment. The associated costs for electricity consumption will be billed separately by the vacation rental owner.

You can park your car for free in a parking space belonging to your apartment directly in front of the building; your bicycles can be stored in a separate bicycle storage room in the apartment complex. If you do not bring your own bicycles, you can rent them from a bike rental shop located in the immediate vicinity of your apartment complex.

Bringing a dog is possible upon request—a one-time, moderate surcharge will be applied to cover the additional cleaning costs associated with this (see Prices).

In the interest of our non-smoking guests, smoking is not permitted inside the apartment; please use the terrace for this purpose. Thank you for your understanding!

Exceptions to the above requirements (minimum number of nights / continuous booking) are possible only after consulting with our staff by phone.
