Forest Cottage 'Maison forestière Pleine Nature Kerdary' with Private Terrace, Garden & Wi-Fi

Located in Nivillac, this freshly renovated cottage is surrounded by unspoiled nature and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is spread over two levels and features a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully equipped kitchen with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and fridge, two bedrooms (one with a double bed that can be separated into two singles), and a bathroom. The cottage accommodates up to five guests.



Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls and a barbecue set. The cottage is heated by a heat pump and also has air conditioning. Bedrooms have individual electric heaters, and the bathroom has underfloor and wall heating. You can also use a wood stove in the kitchen; firewood can be provided for an extra fee. This rental offers direct access to a private forest and an outdoor terrace with a table and 5 chairs. A picnic table and 2 loungers are also available outside.



The house is set on a five-hectare estate of forest and meadow, 150 meters from the hosts’ house. The property is enclosed by a rustic fence; guests with pets should take note.



Several parking spaces are available on the property, with two spots near the house and others 50 meters away.
