Large, child friendly, beautiful house, renovated in 2024. On the outskirts, 300 m from the centre of La Orotava, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, traffic calmed area, 6 km from the sea, 6 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: large garden with trees. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, WiFi, burglar alarm system. Single garage, public car park at 5 m, public parking on the road. Supermarket 800 m, shopping centre 4 km, restaurant, café 300 m, 2 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Estación Guaguas La Orotava" 1.1 km. Nearby attractions: La Orotava 300 m, Puerto de la Cruz 5 km, Loro Parque 8 km, Teide 38 km, Anaga 35 km. Please note: baby equipment on request.
