We are so glad you decided to stay here. We hope you have a great time in West Lafayette, Indiana. We are happy to share this special getaway with you. Within 0.5 miles to the north is Ross-Ade Stadium and Mackey Arena. Within 0.4 miles to the west is Elliott Hall of Music where Purdue commencement is typically held. Within 0.8 miles to the south is Harry's Chocolate Shop, Von's Book shop, and Triple XXX family restaurant. An assortment of restaurants including 8Eleven Bistro and Town and Gown, an assortment of bars including Neon Cactus, The Tap, and Nine Irish Brothers are within walking distance. Within walking distance to the west is Purdue University. Within walking distance to the east is downtown West Lafayette.

The apartment unit should help you recharge before your next adventure. Starting from the front door you immediately enter the kitchen with a range including both a stove and an oven, a microwave, granite countertops, marble backsplash, fridge, in unit washer and dryer, and bookshelf with Keurig, k-cups, toaster, and tea. The kitchen is fully stocked. The fully equipped kitchen features everything you need to cook meals at home. You can enjoy a dinner cooked at home or delivered from one of our many nearby restaurants. The kitchen opens to the living room. The living room features includes a six-person table, Roku TV, full XL size day bed with twin XL trundle, blackout curtains and window blinds. The bedrooms and bathroom are accessed from the living room. Each bedroom features a queen size bed, a closet organizer, a Roku TV, two floating shelves holding touch lamps with two electrical outlets, a USB A and a USB C outlets, and a white noise machine. The bathroom an LED mirror, granite countertops, and marble tiled shower with glass enclosure.

I couldn't have imagined an easier process from booking, to checking in, to staying, communication, checking out, etc. Everything was top notch. Cedric was so responsive and communicated so easily. He was so kind. The location was perfect. We had the best weekend and can't wait to come back to campus. This was our first stay here and will definitely NOT be our last! Boiler Up!!!

When we were presented with the opportunity to purchase a multifamily building this close to Purdue campus, we wanted to make the most of the opportunity. All of the rooms are relatively quiet. Running Stadium Suites WL as a short term rental provides our family a number of opportunities for our children to get involved in our short term rental business. With our other short term rental single family residences, our children have been involved in opening boxes, putting away house supplies, building furniture, and making up beds. Similar to our other short term rentals, we seek to get our children involved with running Stadium Suites WL as a short-term rental/boutique hotel. We also seek to have them stay involved in the operations of all of our short term rentals. We welcome you to join us on this journey. We hope you as guests will return over time to see the transformation of this house. Your booking revenue is funding the renovations. Thank you!

We read The Family Board Meeting (https://www.18summers.com/book/) and realized that we only have 18 summers with our kids, currently 14, 14, 12, and 10 years old. One of our 14 year old twins has a God given talent for hospitality. Our 12 year old daughter is a natural entrepreneur. We already have two long term rentals, two mid-term rentals and four other local short term rentals. We were looking for opportunities to incorporate our rental businesses with teaching our children new talents. Similar to Cleaning House (https://www.amazon.com/Cleaning-House-Twelve-Month-Experiment-Entitlement/dp/0307730670) we sought to cultivate our children's gifts and talents in entrepreneurship. After staying in a few short term vacation rentals, we were interested in incorporating short term vacation rentals into teaching our children in the way they should go. Stadium Suites WL (529 West Stadium Avenue) is quite a find. Stadium Suites WL was built in 1993 and is only about 0.5 mile from Ross-Ade stadium, Mackey Arena, and near the rest of Purdue campus.
