No. 162 is a truly spacious, very well-furnished single-family home. It features central heating, making the house appealing even to guests who don’t travel during the warmer months. There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor, 2 bedrooms and a very large playroom in the basement, a large kitchen-diner, and plenty of bathrooms. This makes the villa ideal for families who are friends and want to stay together in one house but also value having their own private space.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out from 1:00 AM to 10:00 AM.

Really great stay in Budoni and the Villa location and pool were excellent. Good communication with the service centre from the start. Tidy and comfortable but could do with an update in the kitchen as cupboards were old and tired plus the fridge upstairs needs replacing, it wasn’t cool enough to keep food fresh. Also could do with a more detailed description of facilities downstairs.

Pet friendly property with a lovely pool and sufficient bedrooms for our party of 8. Everything was as we hoped for. One small issue with hot water and insufficient beds was resolved very promptly. Only negative was that we a property in front and to the side with no hedge or fence, so we could see them in their pools. Both properties did have guests during our stay and in the end it was not a big issue. The worst bit was our dogs kept wandering on to the neighbours garden to do their business! Luckily they too had a dog and were not phased by it.
