Black Forest vacation home Strauch surrounded by great hiking trails and excursion destinations

A warm welcome to our single-family home in the health resort of Birkendorf. Birkendorf is located at an elevation of about 800 meters in the Black Forest, in the “Rothauser Land” vacation region near Schluchsee. The region is perfect for beautiful hikes, walks, and bike rides, and also offers many other great places to visit. The village has a grocery store and several restaurants, as well as a great marble run and a Naturena swimming lake. In the neighboring village, there is a large golf course called “Obere Alp”<br>The house has two separate bedrooms on the upper floor—one bedroom is furnished with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. A cot for a baby and a travel crib are always available upon request. The beautiful, bright, and open-concept dining and living area with a wood-burning stove on the first floor is generously sized. The built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, stove, toaster, electric kettle, food processor, coffee maker, and many other appliances—perfect for enjoying home-cooked meals at the lovely dining table overlooking the green garden. The living area features two sofas and a TV with a gaming console. The bathroom on the upper floor is equipped with a shower, a large sink and mirror, and a bathtub. On the same level, there is a separate room with a desk for working and a motorized recliner for relaxing, as well as a 55-inch 3D TV and a top-of-the-line infotainment system by Teufel. You can enjoy the beautiful weather on a lounge chair in the garden or fire up the grill on the patio. The garden features a toddler slide and a trampoline (use at your own risk).
