Lovely home in Olpenitz with sauna

The Schleijuwel holiday home is situated in an exceptional location on a narrow headland between the nature reserve of the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. The highlight of the holiday home is the studio on the second floor, where you can relax in the large Finnish sauna or enjoy the fantastic view over the Schlei and the marina from the roof terrace.



The Schleijuwel holiday home extends over three levels. The living/dining area on the ground floor of the holiday home is flooded with light. A large window front provides a view across the adjoining terrace to the idyllic banks of the Schlei. What happens outside the door is a true spectacle of nature: the Baltic Sea breeze gently rocks the reeds on the shore back and forth, while ducks and swans cheerfully start the day. Over a coffee on the terrace, passing sailing ships provide the perfect panorama. Thanks to its south-west orientation, you are guaranteed plenty of sunshine as well as marvellous sunsets. Whether you're enjoying a convivial barbecue or relaxing with a book, the breathtaking scenery right in front of the house will make your holiday heart beat faster.



The living/dining area is very cosy. On the comfortable seating area or at the large dining table, with a crackling open fire and underfloor heating throughout the property, the large flatscreen TV and Play Station 4 provide entertainment on grey days.

The kitchen is fully equipped and offers complete holiday comfort.



The relaxation area is located on the first floor. Here, two bedrooms offer plenty of space to recharge your batteries. In the master bedroom with a direct view of the Schlei, you can wake up and fall asleep against a dream backdrop. Another bedroom offers a view across the street to the sailing and sports boat harbour of the Baltic Sea resort. Also on this level is a full bathroom with shower and relaxing whirlpool bath for a private wellness programme.



On the second floor, the Schleijuwel holiday home boasts an additional living area and large adjoining roof terrace. A large Finnish sauna with adjoining shower completes the holiday experience. From up here, the unobstructed view over the Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of the Baltic Sea resort is so beautiful that you will not only want to sunbathe here, but also watch the stars at night after a romantic sunset. An additional sleeping area is available on this level on the comfortable sofa bed.

A guest WC on the ground floor provides additional comfort.



The Schleijuwel holiday home is one half of the house. Two car parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Bicycles can be stored in your own bicycle shed right outside the front door. The harbour promenade with a supermarket and bistro as well as a restaurant are also just a few minutes' walk away.

Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction. Due to the houses under construction, the outdoor area and the building density can change constantly and deviate from the photos shown. The rental price is already calculated on the basis of this construction situation, further discounts are excluded.
