And in real Baltic Sea weather, a cosy evening by the fireplace or a home entertainment programme on the inviting sofa provides the perfect balance.



The additional terrace on the south side of the house with its cosy beach chair invites you to relax, soak up the sun and unwind and ensures that all hours of sunshine are fully enjoyed.



The eat-in kitchen is equipped to a high standard and leaves nothing to be desired. There is also a spacious shower room with washing machine on the ground floor.



Upstairs are the two bedrooms, which are also furnished in a maritime, bright and friendly style: In the rear bedroom with its spacious built-in wardrobe, you can enjoy the view of the water from the double bed. The front bedroom has two single beds and a view of the OstseeResort and Weidefelder Strand beach. Children's books and a collection of games invite you to linger, relax and play on the sofa bed, which is also available. At night, the sofa provides additional sleeping space for two children.



The fully equipped bathroom is also located on this floor: an oasis of well-being with a whirlpool bath, additional shower and infrared sauna. The furnishing style corresponds to the exclusive location of the holiday home.
