This very special holiday home is surrounded by water on a narrow spit of land between the Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz. The sandy beach is just a few minutes' walk away.



The highlight is the studio with adjoining large roof terrace and 360° water view. Whether it's a harbour cinema or a flight show of wild geese, ducks and swans, there is plenty of natural entertainment here.



A wood-burning stove, underfloor heating and a private wellness area ensure cosy comfort at any time of year. In addition, the contemporary home entertainment programme offers something to keep you occupied on cold Nordic days.



Arrive and enjoy the Schlei and Baltic Sea on three levels. You can relax in this holiday home on three living levels. The living and dining area of the holiday home is flooded with light. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a view of the idyllic banks of the Schlei, which sway gently in the Baltic Sea breeze. Oystercatchers, ducks, geese, pure nature. The directly adjoining large terrace invites you to linger. Here you can enjoy the idyll of the Schlei with holiday meals or a convivial barbecue evening - dreamlike sunsets guaranteed.



The fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.



The sleeping area is on the first floor. There are two bedrooms where you can fall asleep and wake up with a view of the water. The master bedroom faces the Schlei and is furnished with a double bed. The second bedroom offers a view of the marina and has two single beds that can be flexibly pushed together.



The large bathroom with harbour view and relaxing whirlpool tub is also located on this level. The studio is truly above it all with a breathtaking view of the water. The large Finnish sauna with adjoining shower makes wellness fans' hearts beat faster.



A comfortable sofa bed offers two additional sleeping places on this level.



The interior impresses with its modern maritime design and rustic elements.



A guest WC on the ground floor provides additional comfort.



There is a car parking space in front of the house. And those travelling with bicycles can conveniently store them in their own bicycle shed.



Our favourite spot: Sitting on the terrace in the sun with a light sea breeze and watching the wild geese take to the water.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
