The 101 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator. This vacation rental features a private balcony for your evening relaxation.

Pros: Die Ferienwohnung in Estepona ist sehr schön, modern und hell, mit einer neuwertigen und geschmackvollen Einrichtung. Die Lage ist ideal. Die Wohnung liegt zentrumsnah, aber dennoch angenehm ruhig. Den Strand erreicht man in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Mehrere Supermärkte sind ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar, was im Alltag sehr praktisch ist. Ein weiteres Highlight ist der schöne Balkon, der zum Entspannen einlädt. Auch die gesamte Wohnanlage ist neu, sehr gepflegt und macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Hilfsbereitschaft des Eigentümers, er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Ich habe mich rundum wohlgefühlt und kann die Wohnung absolut weiterempfehlen.

Amazing apartment, impeccably clean and well maintained

Pros: Great apartment, fabulous location and great for family’s. Impeccably clean and tidy, good facilities. Good kitchen and laundry room. Everything you need. Cons: It was perfect - nothing I didn’t like.
