The holiday apartment Vista Blanca Room with step-free access is located in Playa Blanca and is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 16 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: air conditioning.

Long walk into main tourist area

There should be more clarity regarding the area the property is in, tho residential and well-kept it is on the very edge of Playa Blanca, virtually the last house before the area turns into the brown/black volcanic landscape, there are no buildings beyond it. However the property was well equipped and spotless,the lady who checked me in and out was kind and accommodating when I arrived early.

Perfect for a short stay

This studio was very well equipped and scrupulously clean .In my opinion it wouldn't be ideal for a holiday ,but to fill in for one or two nights it's ideal . The photos do not show the fact it has no windows whatsoever. The front door's glazing is frosted & the top half has a tilt function, which allows fresh air to enter . There is no aircon ,but a large ceiling fan is sufficient in the cooler months . The tv & wifi are very good ,in fact out of three properties we stayed in for this trip it was by far the best for this .The area is on the skirts of an industrial area , which is being developed into residential. My only real negative is the instructions to find the property were not good ....even the locals didn't know where the property was .Here are my additional instructions to help find it .If you pass the Islamic centre on your right to reach Jardin de Yaiza...you've gone too far .Turn right at the Islamic Centre and the property is backing onto a large area of wasteland . Dont let this put you off as it is very quiet .

Nettes Miniapartment in ruhiger Umgebung

Pros: Die kleine Wohnung ist sehr durchdacht, es war alles vorhanden. Das Bett war sehr gut! Und es ist sehr ruhig.
