Private: property 150 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Villa Claudia" 2 km, sandy beach 800 m. Please note: car not advisable.
