Private: property 4'000 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool (16 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 16.May. - 03.Oct.). In the house: lounge with TV. 150 m long motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, supermarket 800 m, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Colle Mattia" 7 km.

Zeer ruim, maar matig onderhouden

Zeer ruime villa met ongekende ruimte en heerlijk zwembad. Heel erg jammer dat heel veel dingen niet voldoende functioneerden. Heel veel lampen kapot of niet aanwezig, Afzuigkap defect, gasfornuis werkte maar half ivm defecte knoppen en interieur heel erg gedateerd en versleten. Gammele douche kabines, klink van de deur defect. Eetkamer stoelen te gammel om op te zitten, beschimmelde voegen. De beheerder was weliswaar allervriendelijkst, maar sprak uitsluitend italiaans en geen engels of duits.

Auf den Hügeln vor Rom

Wir haben unser Haus in Rocca Priora genossen mit viel Platz im Haus und auf dem Grundstück in ruhiger Lage auf den Hügeln vor Rom, der rustikalen Ausstattung und dem Pool, der uns nach heißen Tagen in Rom die Abkühlung versprach, die wir an lauen spätsommerlichen Abenden genossen haben.

The price was to high for the standard of the property. The garden was not in shape

Munch of the garden was not able to use because of it's condition and the pizza oven the same, has not been used for many years it looked like. We had to remove several lizard from the kitchen every day. The property should have an information folder with information about the Rocca Priora and other around (restaurants, general information about the property and Rocca Priora things to do and so on), because there were no information in english. The price is to high for the standard of the property both inside and outside (old furniture inside and outside). There was very noisy at the house at night with many dogs in the nighbourhod barking all night long every night.
