Cristina, 37 km from the centre of Bolzano, in a quiet, sunny position, 200 m from the skiing area. For shared use: property, garden with lawn. Garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Shop 500 m, supermarket 700 m, bus stop "Ortisei" 400 m, railway station "Bolzano" 36 km, indoor swimming pool 1.6 km. Golf course (18 hole) 16 km, mountain railway 300 m, ski lift 100 m, gondola lift, slopes 200 m, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Seceda. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
2-room apartment 50 m2 on 2nd floor. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table and TV. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom with TV. We had a wonderful ski holiday with our family

The hostess (Martina) was very nice and welcoming. We arrived a bit earlier and the appartment was ready for us, so that was great. The appartment is just like the pictures, we left the sofabed as a bed, which was fine. The kitchen is neat and has most equipement for easy meals. The appartment is walking distance from one of the skilifts and little train that goes up the mountain. Since our kids went to skiclass on a different mountain we took the car most days. The slopes were fanatastic and Ortisei is a very nice town! If you want to ski the Sellaronda you can get on the lift at Sant Christina, which is an 8 minute drive or take the lift walking distance from the appartment and ski there.

Ruim en compleet

Dit appartement was ons goed bevallen. Genoeg ruimte voor zijn vieren. Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt als je in het huisje wil eten, rusten en slapen. De douche is ook heerlijk.

Gemütliche und geräumige Wohnung

Wir haben uns in der gemütlichen Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie ist geräumig, sehr sauber und in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse gelegen. In wenigen Minuten kann man zu Fuß die drei Seilbahnen von St. Ulrich erreichen, so dass man das Auto gut stehen lassen kann.

Piacevole location

La casa è ampia e spaziosa. La distribuzione degli spazi consente di viverci tranquillamente in 3 persone, quattro sarebbero un po’ troppe. Ottima la posizione a pochi passi dal centro pedonale a 20m dalla Rescesa e a 70m dall’impianto del Seceda da ci si accede a tutto il Dolomiti Supersky. La vista è piacevole e ampia. Due note dolenti. L’impianto di riscaldamento presenta poche piastre e mal disposte per cui l’appartamento non è caldissimo e la pulizia lascia un po’ a desiderare.

Verhuurder zeer aardige mensen . Prima huis ,centrum ,supermarkt, lift/ roltrap ,alles op loopafstand . Super . Reistips: Bolzano , en diverse wandelroute's in omgeving , met voldoende restaurants . Kortom zeer de moeite waard ,voor ons om terug te gaan .
