In the district of Oberjuns 3 km from the centre of Tux, 2.6 km from the centre of Lanersbach, 16 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: terrace, garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Steep, narrow motor access (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 2.6 km, bus stop "Juns Klausboden" 1.1 km, railway station "Mayrhofen Bahnhof" 14.3 km, indoor swimming pool 16 km. Mountain railway 3.1 km, gondola lift 6.2 km, ski bus stop 1.2 km, cross country ski track 1.3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hintertuxer Gletscher 6.2 km, Eggalmbahn 3.1 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Shower/WC. 2nd upper floor: living room with sloping ceilings with satellite TV. 2 double bedrooms with sloping ceilings, each room with hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Heating. Wooden floors, carpet. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Panoramic view of Hintertuxer Gletscher. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Ferien mit der ganzen (großen) Familie

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser Ferienwohnung! Die Lage ist traumhaft, mit einer schönen Aussicht und einem Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Besonders praktisch war der eigene Skiraum zur Nutzung.Die Küche ist großzügig geschnitten und bietet genug Platz für alle – ideal für größere Gruppen. Wir waren mit unserer großen Familie dort, inklusive erwachsener Kinder und Partnern, insgesamt sieben Personen, und haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.Die Wohnung war außergewöhnlich sauber, und die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet. Die Anfahrt zum Gletscher ist kurz, und das WLAN war problemlos verfügbar.Besonders hervorzuheben ist die nette Vermieterin – wir haben uns rundum gut betreut gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Wunderschöne Wohnung, bequem mit Auto zu erreichen, schöne Ausblick, wohlfühlen wie zuhause. Praktischer Skiraum zum Trocken vorhanden.

The accommodation overall was ...

The accommodation overall was good, the biggest problem is that the heating at the first floor was not sufficient, my friends suffered from cold. at the second floor was very good and warm. perhaps due to the fact that the ground floor was not heated at all reflected to the first floor.Water pressure was a little bit to low, and in one room the wall plug near bed did not work. Traveller tips: The region is amazing, there are so many ski areas, Tux, Hintertux, Gerlos, Mayrhofen, Zillertal Arena, Kaltenbach, you can ski for one week without repeating the same area. bear in mind to have snow chains if the weather is bad, otherwise without 4x4 you risk getting stuck.

wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zu...

wir waren mit dem Haus sehr zufrieden. waren mit 9 Personen und hatten genügend Platz. Schöne Aussicht Richtung Hitertux. Leider war sehr wenig Schnee, im Tal überhaupt keiner. Reisetipps: wir haben mit alle Mann 2 Wanderungen zu den Almen gemacht undhatten sehr viel Freude. besonders zu empfehlen ist die Grieralm.
