Cosy, comfortable villa "Mimosa". In the district of Porto Rafael 3 km from the centre of Palau, 35 km from the centre of Porto Cervo, 500 m from the sea. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden. Outdoor shower, roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "di Nelson" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km. Nearby attractions: Santa teresa di Gallura 25 km, La Maddalena island 9 km. Please note: car recommended.
5-room villa 200 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 small room with 1 bed and 1 pull-out bed. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating not available in all rooms.
