Cosy, comfortable villa "Mimosa". In the district of Porto Rafael 3 km from the centre of Palau, 35 km from the centre of Porto Cervo, 500 m from the sea. Private: property 600 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and wildlife garden. Outdoor shower, roofed, parking (for 2 cars). Shop 1 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 1 km, bar 1 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "di Nelson" 500 m. Golf course (18 hole) 35 km. Nearby attractions: Santa teresa di Gallura 25 km, La Maddalena island 9 km. Please note: car recommended.
5-room villa 200 m2 on 2 levels. Comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 double bedroom with shower/bidet/WC, air conditioning and forced-air heating. Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer). Exit to the terrace. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Upper floor: 1 double bedroom with air conditioning and forced-air heating. 1 small room with 1 bed and 1 pull-out bed. Shower/bidet/WC. Heating not available in all rooms. Large terrace 70 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Marvellous panoramic view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). la villa è molto bella. La vista dal patio è indescrivibile. il giardino molto curato ed è una meraviglia passarci le serate. All'interno la casa è bella e funzionale. camere ampie e fresche. Villa VIP avec étoilessur la baie de Porto Rafael

Spacieuse Villa posée devant la baie de Porto Rafael de laquelle on ne peut se lasser. Les équipements sont très bien hormis la cuisine où il manque quelques ustensiles ordinaires. Pour le reste, confort, calme, terrasse avec vue imprenable, proximité magasins font de cette location un premier choix.

Villa avec grand jardin clôturé et vue magnifique sur l’archipel. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, prévoir lors de la réservation des suppléments (climatisation 10€/jours)....

Emplacement idéal pour admirer l’archipel, maison avec grand jardin clôturé, équipement avec le nécessaire pour passer un séjour sauf le barbecue et revoir les frais additionnels non compris dans la réservation à régler sur place!

Leider nur schöne Aussicht ...

Geputzt sehr sauber. Übergabe mangelhaft, keine Erklärungen zu Warmwasser in Bädern. Von 3 Badezimmern nur eines mit Warmwasser. Fenster und Fliegengitter defekt. Nagetiere und Reptilien finden Weg durch Fensterrahmen. Falsche Anpreisung Haus grenze nur an ein Nachbargrundstück. Zwischen Nachbarhaus und Mimosa 1A liegt 2-Zimmer Wohnung. Darin befanden sich ab drittem 3. Tag dauernd 4-6 Personen und verursachten entsprechend Lärm bis spät abends. Eines Abends Lösngsmittelgestank von dort.

Parfait, dommage que le tarif ne soit pas assez clair

Maison superbe, vue magnifique, emplacement tres agreable. Propreté impeccable et equipement egalement suffisant. Le seul probleme de cette maison, c est la methode Interchalet. Le tarif de la reservation, n est pas celui que l’on paye au final, il faut ajouter 40 euros par personnes a l arrivee, plus une caution. Si vous lisez bien l annonce c est ecrit, mais chacun jugera du procédé.

Sehr gute Lage, sehr schöner G...

Sehr gute Lage, sehr schöner Garten mit traumhafter Aussicht. Die Räume sind zweckmässig und die Ausstattung passt. Zu Fuss ist man schnell am Strand oder zu einem Apero in Porto Rafael. Reisetipps: Ein Ausflug an die Strände der vorgelagerten Insel Caprera ist sehr empfehlenswert.
