Stephen and his friends are fantastic and have adapted to the rules of the villa with extreme availability, it was easy to communicate with them lasting the stay, undoubtedly we will be happy to host them again. For the negative points there are some answers we can follow : For the consumption of utilities unfortunately we had unpleasant experiences with some disrespectful guests and consequently we are no longer willing to pay so high consumption for people who do not have care and respect for it, we realize that it is not beautiful but it was the only alternation to keep this problem under control. , however this note is clearly specified in the description and rules of the villa. For the towels of the pool the speech is similar to that for the consumption of utilities, we are no longer willing to pay for people who at the end of their stay take away part of it, so : additional towels for the pool are charged separately through a rental for those who want it. For Wi-Fi connection the area is not covered by direct cable fiber or other and we are forced to a connection via radio bridge sometimes not too stable but finally something is changing, from season 2024 there will be a direct external wiring that should ensure a much more stable connection. For the rest we will try to improve in various aspects through your useful and constructive reviews.
