Large, rustic large working farm "Domaine de Majastre", surrounded by trees, meadows and fields. 14 apartments in the residence. Property composed of main house and outbuilding 8 km from the centre of Bauduen, 8 km from the centre of Aups, 8 km from the lake. For shared use: natural state property 60 ha with plants and trees, meadow, pond, swimming pool (15 x 7 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Oct.). Poolhouse, boccia, terrace, garden furniture. In the complex: breakfast room, WiFi, washing machine (for shared use). Bread roll service on request. Parking on the premises. Shop 8 km, bus stop 8.5 km. On the estate animal husbandry. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Espace clos ,service minimum et bruits

Une porte fenêtre sans clé ( impossible des avoir)fait office d’entrée , le grand volet sert de fermeture, logement sombre , deux velux uniquement dans les chambres , vaisselle réduite ,absence de nombreux ustensiles . Piscine avec peu de transats vu le nombre de résidents . Paysages jolis , mais route très passante et sonore à proximité et camp militaire bordant la propriété ( Hélicoptères en exercise début septembre ).une trentaine de chiens truffiers bien bruyant . Agents de services sympa

Die Wohnung und vor Allem die ...

Die Wohnung und vor Allem die Terrasse waren durch die Nord–Ausrichtung recht dunkel. Das ständige Gebell von Hunden hat genervt. Der Pool sollte eher eine schöne Kulisse für die Restaurantgäste darstellen, und man hatte dadurch nicht das Gefühl, ihn ungezwungen nützen zu können. Die Toilette hat nicht richtig durchgespült und es ist mehrmals vorgekommen, dass es über längere Zeit in der Wohnung gar kein Wasser gab. Die Anlage an sich war sehr schön und wurde sehr gut gepflegt und sauber gehalten. Reisetipps: Die Verdonschlucht eignet sich sehr gut für Wanderungen und Kanufahrten.

Très agréable, très bien entretenue, très propre, équipée avec goût. Absolument à recommander! Super pour les enfants qui peuvent visiter la ferme avec ses animaux. Propriétaires très sympas et professionnels Conseils de voyage: Très beau, très chouette. Difficile de faire des promenades avec une poussette. Endroit idéal poir se reposer

Très bel endroit plein de char...

Très bel endroit plein de charme avec les animaux en pleine Nature. L'accueil est chaleureux. Les employés sont adorables. La location est très Propre et fonctionnelle. La terrasse ombragée est très agréable. Conseils de voyage: La région est magnifique.Il faut visiter tous les petits villages aux alentours. Le soleil est au rendez–vous. Le lac est très beau et reposant. Il est très agréable de louer un bateau pour aller dans les gorges du Verdon.
