Enjoy your Grömitz vacation in this charming bungalow, which is truly just a stone’s throw from the Baltic Sea beach. Completely renovated in 2024, this vacation home is situated in a prime location between the pier and the marina and is one of the Hollich family’s vacation properties.

The property offers:

- A bright living room with a huge window, satellite TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi
- Two bedrooms with box-spring beds: one double bed (180x200) and two single beds (90x200)
- Both bedrooms are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs
- A separate, well-equipped kitchen

- Electric blinds on all windows for blackout
- Linens and towels included

There is a parking space available for your bicycles—which also includes a charging station for e-bikes—and you can conveniently park your car right in front of the house in your own parking space. Towels and bed linens are included.
