Property composed of main house and outbuilding 7 km from the centre of Muro, 3 km from the centre of Ca'n Picafort, 12 km from the centre of Alcudia, in a quiet, sunny position, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in the countryside, south facing position. For shared use: property 10 ha with lawn and trees, orchard, swimming pool (20 x 12 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). WC in the pool area, children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, patio, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Roofed, parking on the premises.
