Alles wie erwartet und beschrieben

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus in Sa Coma. Es war alles wie beschrieben und besonders hervorzuheben ist die großzügige Ausstattung der Küchen. Wir hatten das gesamte Haus und wirklich Unmengen von Geschirr usw. zur Verfügung. Außerdem je 2 Waschmaschinen, Geschirrspüler und Kühlschränke. Das Haus ist nicht sehr mediterran aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und blitzsauber. Ein Hinweis zur Einteilung: oben 3 Schlafzimmer/1 Bad, Rest komplett unten (also kein klassisches Doppelhaus)

Zum zweiten Mal

Netter Kontakt wie immer vor Ort. Kleine Mängel wurden am nächsten Tag erneuert. Leider hat das Mobiliar über die Jahre etwas gelitten. Sollte man Mal erneuern. (Kleiderschrank, Gartenstühle und Sonnenliegen, Auflagen) Pool Reinigung leider Fehlanzeige. Ansonsten alles gut. Gerne wieder.

Sa coma villa holiday

I would just like to say how much myself and my family enjoyed our holiday at the villa in sa coma. Fantastic accommodation and plenty of room for all of us. Very comfortable beds and plenty of storage in every room. A added bonus of the whole villa being opened when the was only 5 of us. Lovely pool which the whole family enjoyed. I would also like to add, our flight was delayed several hours. So we didn't arrive until 02.00am, but we were still meet by the key holders and shown around.

8 Betten gebucht, 6 erhalten.

Der erste Schock war nachdem die Haus-Schlüsselübergabe stattgefunden hat, dass die zweite Wohnung abgeschlossen war. Wir hatten also nur eine Haushälfte obwohl wir das ganze Haus gebucht hatten. Da glücklicherweise noch nicht feststand ob 3 weitere Personen anreisen, sind wir erstmal mit dem Platz ausgekommen. Es hatte mir den Anschein, als sei die 2. Wohnung auch gar nicht fertig gewesen. Der 2. Schock war dann die Endabrechnung die noch mal mit 125,00 Euro Stromkosten belegt wurde, für 6 Tage

Lugnt villaområde

Passade oss tre barnfamiljer perfekt. Fina terrasser på övervåningen med sol större delen av dagen. Uteplatser även på markplan. Rymligt och välutrustat kök. Fanns ett extra kök oxå som vi inte använde. Lugnt villaområde. Skönt med gångstråk utan trafik ner till strandområdet. Nära till välsorterad stormarknad. Pool med sol under förmiddagen. Om jag skulle få önska något mer så är det ventilation av alla utrymmen. Blev rätt fuktigt emellanåt men beror på årstid såklart. I stort väldigt nöjd.

Good house for larger groups

The house is clean and spacious. The garden area is very private It's about a10 minute walk to a large supermarket and 20 minutes to the beach. Essentially it's 2 houses that can be used as one so there are 2 kitchens and living rooms. Useful for kids to watch TV or play away from adults cooking dinner. It would be good if the owners updated some of the furnishings....sofas smell mouldy and curtains are very faded. The sofa covers do not stay on. Shoe racks and coat hooks in the hall would be useful. The lightweight bed quilts would not be adequate in cool weather but I imagine blankets could be provided if needed. Some new chopping boards and better knives would be useful in the kitchen. There should be some beach/pool towels. THE POOL SHOULD BE FENCED so that families with young children can let them play outside safely. It would be great if some basic provisions were stocked...dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, washing up liquid, soap, paper towels and toilet paper. Oil, salt and pepper etc. It's wasteful for each set of renters to have to provide these things. A basic breakfast of bread, jam, tea and coffee and milk would be wonderful for late arrivals. The wifi did not work.

Alles war super. Das einzige w...

Alles war super. Das einzige was verbesserungsfähig ist, wäre das es Reinigungsmittel geben würde, genauso wie Toilettenpapier. Und die extra Abrechnung von Strom. Das hatte ich in anderen Fincas in Mallorca nicht. Aber ansonsten haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt Reisetipps: Sa Coma ist ein reiner Touristenort mit vielen einfachen Restaurants. Gott sei dank haben wir ein tolles Restaurant gefunden La Bodega. Sehr zu empfehlen. Ansonsten Mietauto nehmen und die Insel erkunden oder die Finca mit Pool genießen !
