Precious country house with private pool on the outskirts of Portocristo. It has capacity for 12 persons, with the possibility to sleep with 4 extra persons.
This wonderful finca offers a beautiful corner where yo can enjoy your deserved vacation. It offers a great chlorine pool of 8 x 4 metres with a water depth that goes from 0.9 to 2 metres, together with 12 sun loungers to sunbathe or just relax. There is an exterior shower by the pool where you can wash the salt and the sand off before a relaxing dip in the pool, surrounded by nature. The shade of the porch is perfect for a succulent barbecue and a delicious dessert while the little ones play some table tennis or at the playground by the pool. The property is fenced and privacy is total since there are no neighbours around.

The building comprises two floors offering the essencial common rooms twice because in the ground floor we find two living-dining rooms equipped with two sofas each one. They are perfect to have a good time while reading a book or watching the satellite TV channels. There also are two kitchens equipped both with a gas stove, electric oven, dining table and all utensils you need to cook your best recipes. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. The main floor offers three bedrooms with a closet each. One has a double bed, and the other two have two twin beds each. To complete the floor you will find a toilet and two bathrooms, one with a tub and independent shower and the other with just a tub. On the upper level you will find the 3rd living area with TV-Sat and 4 more bedrooms, two of them with a closet. All of them have two twin beds and one has a an en-suite bathroom with a tub. Please, note that the last seventh bedroom will only be available for the last two extra guests (15th and 16th) because guests 13th and 14th will sleep in folding beds, one located in one of the bedrooms of the ground floor and the other in one of the upper level. We can prepare a cot a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. A bathroom with a tub and an independent shower completes this floor. The 6 main bedrooms have a fan a gas central heating.

Portocristo is a beautiful town with one of the most beautiful coves in the island, located about 2.7 km from the property. Nevertheless, you will also find other dream-like coves nearby like Cala Anguila and Cala Mendia. You cannot miss a visit to the Caves of Drach and the Caves of Hams. Portocristo offers a great variety of shops in order to have an independent stay, but you can also go to the beautiful town of Manacor, about 9 km away, with large supermarkets and beautiful shops, specially furniture shops, and great restaurants and tapas bars.
