Very beautiful manor house "De Ferreira", built in 1910, surrounded by vineyards. 11 km from the centre of Ponte de Lima, 38 km from the centre of Viana do Castelo, 45 km from the sea, 5 km from the river. For shared use: property 3'000 m2 with lawn and trees, orchard, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 200 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 01.Nov.). Outdoor shower, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 200 m long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 3 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 14.5 km, sandy beach "Cabedelo" 45 km, outdoor swimming pool 11 km. Golf course (18 hole) 12 km. Nearby attractions: Praia fluvial Rio Lima 5 km, Viana do Castelo, Braga, Guimarães 40 km, Praias (surf). Hiking paths: Parque Nacional Peneda Gerês 23 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Exit to the garden, to the terrace. Dining room with open-hearth fireplace. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and electric heater. 1 room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower/WC and electric heater. Exit to the garden. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), separate WC, shower/WC and electric heater. Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Exit to the terrace. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (110 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and electric heater. 1 room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC and electric heater. Parquet floors. 2 large balconies 25 m2, large balcony 20 m2, large terrace 40 m2, south facing position. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (5), box-room. Vacances merveilleuses

We had a wonderful time in this very nice property in the milddle of wineyards. We have enjoyed the Portugese hospitality provided by the family owning the house. The view, the fruits provided by the grove, the swimming pool...: mum this is the paradise said our little girl, and it was confirmed by our teenagers as well. I strongly recommend this place. Weit größer, weit schöner, weit angenehmer als erwartet. Ein herrliches Haus in herrlicher Lage mit herrlichem Blick mit einem herrlichen Außengelände. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieter. Man fühlt sich als Gast der Familie. Auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen. Reisetipps: - Dom Jesus in Braga - wegen des Ausblicks + der netten Bar -Terrasse- Porto!!- Valenca zum Shoppen für Kindersachen- Ponte de Lima - einfach nur so zwischendurch immer wieder- Viana do Castelo (Santa Lucia - Ausblick)

Seit über 15 Jahren landen wir bei der Ferienhausbuchung immer wieder bei Interchalet. Dieses Haus ist nach unserer Ansicht das beste, das wir je hatten und auf bemerkenswerte Weise einzigartig. Jede Menge Platz, eine wunderbare Lage, sehr authentisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, so schön, dass man auf Ausflüge glatt verzichtet. Und die Außenanlage, der Pool, die Quelle, die Obstbäume, der Wein, die stillen Ecken überall – großartig. Deshalb waren wir auch zum zweiten Mal dort und werden wiederkommen.Nicht zu vergessen: Die charmanten Gastgeberinnen. Reisetipps: Ponte de Lima ist ein kleiner, aber sehr schöner Ort, darüber hinaus ist die Küste nicht weit (40 Min. bis Viana do Castelo), der Nationalpark Peneda–Gerês zum Wandern (ca, 45 Min.), Porto1 Stunde und Braga /Guimaraes ebenfalls 45 Min) als Weltkulturerbe um die Ecke. Wenig touristisch, dafür sehr sehenswert.

Fantastic villa and location

We are a group of 6 friends that has rented the Casa de Ferreira villa from the 11th to the 18th of October 2017. We absolutely loved our stay from the first to the last minute. The villa is large, magnificent and very comfortable. We have also enjoyed the enchanting domain. The villa is surrounded by a vineyard, apple trees, orange trees, kiwi bushes, persimmon trees, yellow and green lemon trees that we appreciated in a few dishes. We have also tasted some dished prepared by Paula, the governess, on two occasions. Everyone was pleased. Finally, we thank the owners Adelaide et Alexandra Cruz, who have made the renting process very easy and who have been absolutely charming hosts. We would return to this place that dreams are made of in a heartbeat if the opportunity arose. ---- Nous sommes un groupe de 6 amis qui avons loué la villa Casa de Ferreira du 11 au 18 octobre 2017. Nous avons adoré notre séjour de la première à la dernière minute. La villa est grande, magnifique et très confortable. Nous avons également joui du domaine enchanteresque. La villa et entourée d’un vignoble, de pommier, d’orangers, de kiwi (actinidias), de plaqueminiers kaki, de citroniers jaune et verts dont nous avons profité dans quelques mets. Nous avons aussi dégusté les mets de Paula, la gouvernante, à deux occasions. Tous se sont régalé. Finalement, nous remercions les propriétaires Adelaïde et Alexandra Cruz, qui ont rendu très facile la location du site et qui ont été des hôtes absolument charmants. Nous retournerions tous à ce site de rêve si l’occasion s’en présentait.
