Terraced house "Residencial Puerta de Calpe". 32 houses in the resort. 1 km from the centre of Calpe, 60 km from the centre of Alicante, 120 km from the centre of Valencia, 1.8 km from the sea, 1.8 km from the beach. For shared use: 2 swimming pools kidney-shaped (seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower. Private: property (fenced), parking on the premises. Supermarket 1 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 750 m, sandy beach "Playa del Arenal" 2 km. Tennis 1.5 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
