Private: natural state property 2'500 m2, terraced garden with trees, swimming pool fenced (9 x 4 m, depth 120 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Outdoor shower, boules, pergola (50 m2), terrace. Available: bicycles (2), children's bicycles (1). Stepped path (11 steps) to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 3 km, bus stop 3 km, railway station "Les Arcs Draguignan" 32 km, bathing lake "Sainte Croix" 41 km, lake de pêche Carcès 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 23 km. Nearby attractions: Chute du Grand Baou 10 km, Grottes de Villecroze, La cascade de Sillans, Cotignac, Vallon Sourn. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Carcès 7 km, Saint Croix 41 m.
