Large, cosy house "Mare Blù", 100 m a.s.l.. 4 km from the centre of Palau, on the outskirts, 450 m from the centre of Porto Rafael, 30 km from the centre of Porto Cervo, on a slope, residential area (villas), 550 m from the sea. Private: property 900 m2 (fenced), terraced garden with lawn and wildlife garden, orchard. In the house: roof terrace. 20 m stepped path (9 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.2 km, supermarket 3 km, bus stop 450 m, sandy beach 550 m. Golf course (18 hole) 32 km, tennis 2 km. Please note: car recommended.
5-room house 160 m2 on 2 levels. Bright, beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace (only for decoration), dining table and satellite TV. Exit to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and shower/bidet/WC. Kitchen (mini-oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer). Exit to the terrace. Sep. WC. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed. 1 room with 2 beds. Shower/bidet/WC. Gas heating (extra). Large terrace roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Marvellous view of the sea and La Maddalena. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot (extra). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.
