In the centre of Riva Ligure 8 km from the centre of Sanremo, 2 km from the centre of Arma di Taggia, in a central position, 50 m from the sea, direct access to the beach. In the house: lift. Public parking 100 m on the road. Grocery 50 m, supermarket 400 m, restaurant 100 m, bar 50 m, bus stop 400 m, sandy beach 50 m. Cycle lane 100 m. Please note: car not advisable. Loading and unloading of baggage is possible at the holiday house.

Plus: 1. The apartment is perfectly located. There is a fantastic view, pleasant not crowded beaches and shops. 2. The see sounds are very relaxing and enjoyable. Minus: 1. The furniture and stuff are really old. One cannot see this on the photos. 2. The apartment was not very clean. 3. There are quite some mosquitos at night. This is really annoying! Please provide some tools against this. 4. The internet is limited e.g. you cannot stream a movie

Piccole cose per migliorare parecchio

Secondo me manca un set cortesia all’arrivo, ci sono quelli da residence con la spugnetta e detersivo piatti oltre a quelli classici da bagno! 4 asciugamani ciao e 4 doccia striminziti, senza i bidet non sono accettabili! E le piccole manutenzioni…. In soggiorno 5 lampadine bruciate e nei bagni i filtrino dei rubinetti intasati tanto che dal bidet usciva un filo di acqua e dagli altri L acqua usciva schizzando da tutte le parti! Anta della doccia rotta! Inaccettabile per una casa di livello!!

Aussicht ist leider nicht alles ...

Die Einrichtung ist uralt, schon beim Betreten der Wohnung riecht es muffig, wir haben aus dem Koffer gelebt weil wir unsere Kleidung nicht in die modrigen Schränke verstauen wollten. Küchenutensilien wie Pfannenwender, Kochlöffel sehr dürftig. Küchenschränke riechen auch modrig. Dusche ist notdürftig mit Kabelbinder repariert, keine Ablagefläche in der Dusche ... WLAN begrenzt - steht nicht in der Beschreibung der Wohnung Preis/Leistung ist schon fast unverschämt...
