Welcome to the Mitterfelder Donaublick holiday apartment in Vilshofen an der Donau! Our spacious 125 m² apartment accommodates up to 10 guests, making it ideal for families, friends, or groups seeking relaxation and adventure together.
The apartment features a generous living room with a comfortable sofa bed for two, a second living area with a sofa bed for one, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and a modern bathroom with natural light. Wi-Fi and TV are provided. Security cameras on the property ensure peace of mind during your stay.
Outside, enjoy a well-kept garden and a covered terrace—perfect for unwinding. A small electric grill is available for laid-back evenings. Two free parking spaces are located directly at the house, offering ample room even for larger groups.
The apartment retains the charm of the 1970s/80s, lovingly renovated for comfort and originality.
A local inn with Bavarian cuisine is right next door—no need to drive. The region offers many excursions: Passau, Vilshofen, Ortenburg Wildlife Park, or Pullman City Western Town are all within easy reach. Nature lovers can relax in the Bavarian Forest National Park.
Pets (max. 2) are allowed for an extra charge—please note several cats live on the property. Smoking and parties are not permitted. Guided tours are available for an extra charge upon request.
The property follows recycling guidelines. After booking, you will receive a contact form to complete for a smooth stay.
