Papi’s Fish Camp, private beach front house near International airport

Beach front property, totally private, relaxing place where to unwind and forget about any daily stress!! Enjoy the ocean breeze while lying down on the hammock, drinking fresh coconut water, get a beautiful tan color while relaxing by the pool. We are just 21 Km from the Airport, 51 Km. from San Salvador and if you are into surfing, we are only 37 Km. away from La Libertad, the hottest spot in El Salvador to surf.

We have a brand new pergola and newly tiled pool! kitchen fully equipped, 2 refrigerators (simply bring your own food) if you don't feel like cooking, a cook can be hired, only $20 a day. You can also order food from local restaurants, just ask Mauricio, my caretaker, and he can help you out. Mauricio and my 2 Weimarainers (Luna and Rocky) will be at the property to help you out and make you feel welcome!

In San Luis Talpa you can buy food at the grocery store, or buy freshly caught fish from the locals, buy local pupusas, order seafood from local restaurants, order pizza, or simply go at the end of the street to the hotel and get some more sophisticated food in their restaurant or sing some karaoke on Saturday nights.

If you feel adventures: rent with them a kayak or take a tour in the river or simply take a safari with them.

A great book and the hammock also sounds pretty good, relax !!!

Don't seat on furnitures or beds when wet. Please rinse the sand off before getting inside the pool, there is an outdoors shower for your convenience.
Please pick up the cigarette buds, bottles off the ground. Appreciate turning the music down from 11pm to 5am.
Keep bedroom doors shut while using the A/C at night so rooms can cool off. Please don't take coconuts to go, you can drink a few at the property

Thanks for your feedback. During your stay, I checked several times with you, you didn’t mention anything about the rooms needing TLC. All your comments were very positive at all times. My personnel and myself were always available to you, During the 6 days of your visit you never mentioned once that anything wasn’t to your liking or satisfaction to give us a chance to help out or correct it. Your messages to me during your stay and the review here are opposite messages 🤦🏻‍♀️!

The property is clean and well-maintained. Then the pool was awesome. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate, and the kitchen was perfect. Mauriciao was very helpful and was always available. The location is perfect, love the beach. We had an awesome time.

Nice clean property

Our family had a great time at this property, the descriptions on the listing are exactly as it was listed. The host answered every single question we had, very helpful. Clean, secure property. We will definitely stay here again.

Great location

We booked this last minute for our group of 15. We all stayed comfortably! I would highly recommend the cook to prepare your meals!! Also Marcelo was very nice made sure everything was well.

This was a nice home right on the beach. I would recommend going out to the beach as early in the morning as possible due to the dark sand heating up during the day and feeling like lava when walking on it! Also, the hammock lounge, pool, and beach observation chairs were realky nice. Mauricio was super helpful and made sure we were comfortable and happy during our stay. Sussy was always super responsive to any issues we had during our stay. This was a great beach house and we truly enjoy our time there. Sussy and Mauricio went above and beyond to make our stay worry free. Thank you both!

The bathrooms needed to be cleaned. They didn’t provide enough towels and for the 3 days we were there no one came to change the towels. The place needs to to be renovated . The pool was excellent and the beach view was amazing. The host was very attentive but needs to put more attention to the 2 dogs they have in the property. They broke free from their chains a few times and that’s scary especially when you have kids.

The stain on the bathroom floor tiles are from the salty environment. It wasn’t dirty. We were never told that you needed more towels. In reality the hotels do change them daily. We aren’t a hotel. My dog was loose and caught immediately once, while your husband was inside the car. No one was in any danger. My caretaker almost called the police on you due to the violent nature and potty mouth of your husband. He has problems sober and drunk is worse.

We bought it in 2007, This is our dream “retirement” home, one day we’ll live permanently there, loved the little town feel San Luis Talpa has, everyone is super nice and helpful if you need anything!
