Beach front property, totally private, relaxing place where to unwind and forget about any daily stress!! Enjoy the ocean breeze while lying down on the hammock, drinking fresh coconut water, get a beautiful tan color while relaxing by the pool. We are just 21 Km from the Airport, 51 Km. from San Salvador and if you are into surfing, we are only 37 Km. away from La Libertad, the hottest spot in El Salvador to surf.
We have a brand new pergola! kitchen fully equipped (simply bring your own food) if you don't feel like cooking, a cook can be hired, only $20 a day.
In San Luis Talpa you can buy food at the grocery store, or buy freshly caught fish from the locals, buy local pupusas, order seafood from local restaurants, order pizza, or simply go at the end of the street to the hotel and get some more sophisticated food in their restaurant or sing some karaoke on Saturday nights.
If you feel adventures: rent with them a kayak or take a tour in the river or simply take a safari with them.
A great book and the hammock also sounds pretty good, relax !!!

We bought it in 2007, This is our dream “retirement” home, one day we’ll live permanently there, loved the little town feel San Luis Talpa has, everyone is super nice and helpful if you need anything!

El Salvador’s weather is unbeatable, hot and humid all year long, cheap local seafood, nice people! Our beach house is a nice hidden gem, you’ll have privacy and the beach to your self!
