Cozy Beach House in front of the ocean with a private outdoor pool!

Swim, fish, or just kickback and lay on the beach, or by the pool. If you like relaxation and adventure, you are in the right place. Walk on the beach, always beautiful and watch the fisherman come in with their catch of the day The caretaker will have a suggestion which one to buy fresh caught fish from.

The house is located 21 km from the airport. Explore the capital San Salvador 51 km away, visit volcanoes, Mayan ruins or take a drive to Surf City 37 km, La Libertad. Past La Libertad is
El Tunco, a surfing village known worldwide. Further down the road from the house, a Hotel, Rancho y Mar, good patio Restaurant and bar. You may be there when they release baby turtles back into the ocean They offer boat tours of the river, kayak rental, or view the animals they have on site.

There are ceiling fans in all rooms and air condition in the bedrooms. Caretakers live on the property in a separate accommodation. Caretakers' wife is a good cook, available for cooking at a fee, you arrange directly with her. Great shrimp, steaks, and chicken on the grill.

San Luis Talpa is a small town that you can shop at the grocery store, farmers market for fresh produce, buy fresh caught fish. Have a snack along the way, pizza restaurant next to the grocery store, or visit the ice cream parlor for a treat.

Great property with excellent hosts on site. Only drawback is no air conditioning in main living area and limited to 6 bathing towels.

The property is beautiful and private. The caretakers are very friendly and helpful, and work hard to keep the grounds pristine. Communication with the host was easy and reliable. We will visit again and refer friends and family to this place for sure!

Awesome place for the cost. Would of gave a 5 star review if there would of been hot water in either of the showers inside the house. The rest of the house was great. Beautiful views especially at sunset. Best part of the house though hands down is the host Alex and his wife Eva. They helped with transportation, speaking with and navigating through town.

Such a great Experience

this is the second time we have been here and it’s been amazing. The house was very clean, the pool was really nice, we had access to wifi, and the house is right by the beach. overall we had an amazing time. The hosts Alex and Eva that take care of the house are super kind and sweet. They are always willing to help and to make you feel like your home. I definitely recommend this place if you want to have nice views and have a fun.

Would definitely recommend to stay here. Great quiet location. Loved the pool and access to the beach in the backyard. Hosts were friendly. Love the AC availability and hot water. Only thing I would improve would be beds to be comfier. They had working washer and dryer.

Lovely villa stay near the beach and airport

We wish we had longer in this villa! It was in a great proximity to the airport and on the beach meaning we were able to enjoy the sea and poolside before our flight back. Given Playa el Pimental is a very small area there unfortunately wasn't too much choice in terms of groceries and restaurants, but this came with the advantage that the beach was totally quiet and felt private.

Paradise!

The house is right on the ocean with cool breezes and plenty of room for a family. The pool is refreshing and the whole property is clean and useful. The caretakers are wonderful and thoughtful. You can’t go wrong!

Awesome clean beach house

This is a beautiful place to stay in. The place and property are kept in great shape. The care takers are very attentive and kind. The pool is nice and clean. The only big downside is that there are limited options to eat out (1 nearby hotel restaurant is open till 5 pm and is cash only and the other one takes 30-45 mins to get your order and makes you leave your id with them to pay), so it is a good idea to bring food to cook there. The Super Talpa is about a 20 min drive away.

We had a wonderful stay at this beachside apartment in El Salvador! The place looked exactly like the pictures online—clean, comfortable, and just steps from the beach. The area was peaceful and quiet, which was exactly what we were looking for.Communication with the property managers was excellent—they were very responsive and accommodating, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. The caretakers were also incredibly kind and welcoming, and they did their best to communicate with us in English, which we greatly appreciated.The pool and grounds were very well maintained, and the beach itself was beautiful and clean. Since we visited during the off-season, there weren’t too many dining or activity options nearby, so I’d recommend having a car if you stay here.Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience, and we highly recommend this place.

I am one of your hosts. Born in El Salvador. I speak Spanish, English and I’m only a phone call or a message away.

The rancho (San Luis Talpa Beach House) has been rented on Trip advisor (Flip Key) for a number of years. We have 63 reviews for a score of 5 out of 5, Trip Advisor is unfortunately shutting down their flip key site.

We have caretakers, Eva and Alex that live in a separate small house. Eva can provide cooking services this would be arranged directly with her for price and menu

Eva and Alex will greet you and answer any questions you may have.

I hope you will enjoy the beach house as much as I do, place is very safe, and you will have the beach to yourself. We keep the rental cost responsible to allow others to enjoy. Thanks.

This was bought as a dream after staying at the hotel in the area and to have a place on the beach. The little town of San Luis Talpa has everything you need, and everyone is nice and helpful for your need. Beach is steps out the gate.

The weather is great, cheap local seafood, nice people! Our rancho is a great get away with a private pool and the beach to yourself!
