私たちは、5ベッドルームの家で、10眠る3 1/2のバスを楽しみながら、必要なすべてのものを考えました。 この家はミドルトン橋から数分です。 私たちは海の完全な景色とビーチへの20段の角地に位置しています。 4つのデッキがあり、そのうち3つがカバーされています。 フロントアッパーデッキは一日中海風を受けます。 太陽が最高に達したら、後部甲板で涼しくしてください。 どちらのデッキからも日の出と日の入りの素晴らしい景色が楽しめます。
メインの2階に住んでいます。 キッチンにはガスコンロがあり、ゲストを楽しませながら料理をすることができます。 製氷機、肉屋ブロック、4席のバーを完全に取り揃えています。 また、滞在中の買い物中に時間とお金を節約するために必要なオイル、スパイス、その他のアイテムを豊富に取り揃えたキッチンを用意しています。 バーからは、10席のダイニングルームを見渡せます。
私たちのリビングルームは、大画面テレビ、ゲーム、ビデオ、家族で楽しむための無線インターネットを完備しています。

The best week!

Just got back from an amazing week. Everything was perfect- the house, the location, the weather. Could not have asked for a better vacation, my family is already asking if we can go back for years to come!

First Time to Oak Island

House was amazing. Great location. Kitchen was completely stocked. Owners communication was great. I would highly recommend this vacation rental!

Great stay at the beach.

The house was perfect for a week at the beach. It is just a very short walk to a great part of the beach on Oak Island. There was plenty of beach equipment including chairs but bring your own shade. The house was well-stocked and is only a short drive to a nice Publix There are steep stairs to the 3rd floor so you need to keep an eye on toddlers. We all loved the house and would definitely stay there again.

Family vacation Aug 2023 - 602 East Beach

The house was perfect. Clean, and the view couldnot have been better Loved every second...except for the stingray bite my son got but we learned allot about rays! This home is so much better in person. Note-there is not an outlet for a gold car but you really will not need one..literally 20 steps to the beach!

Great setup for families with kids

This house is perfectly suited for multiple families with kids. Having 2 bedrooms with twin beds adjoining the parent's bedrooms through a bathroom and a master bedroom with a bathroom on a different level is ideal. The house has very easy beach access, great when hauling kids and all their stuff. The beach view from the house is very nice. It is well 'stocked' as advertised. We hope it works out for us all to stay there again next year.

Amazing! Responsive and diligent Owner

Check in was very smooth with one slight issue from the cleaning company that left us with no towels or sheets. The owners jumped on the issue and made it right immediately. The house is amazing and has wonderful views of the beach. I love the sound of the surf and had coffee most mornings on the deck listening to to the sounds of the ocean. Highly recommend this property and these owners for any future stays!

Scheduled a three day stay before a long week in Ocean Isle Beach with extended family. Property was very close to public beach access so super quick walk across the street to the beach. it had many chairs and sand toys that allowed us to leave some of those things packed for the next part of our trip. there was a mixup in how long our stay was scheduled for, and the owner honored our original reservation. Kudos to him!

Perfect for a big family

Our stay couldn’t have been better. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the outside deck, which is the perfect spot to sit in the evenings. Just a few short steps to the ocean made this vacation with multiple children very easy. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and store food for the week. The ice maker in the kitchen was an added bonus and saved us trips to the store to fill coolers. The bedrooms downstairs shared a bathroom which was nice to be able to have access to your children’s room at night without disturbing others. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a perfect place for a family vacation.

Another Great Stay

This was our second summer at this property, and as before, it was great. This is a clean, spacious property that has everything you need from towels to linens, plates, silverware, pots, pans, etc. We were a little sad that the outdoor dining table was moved from the deck facing the beach to the back deck, as last summer we loved eating dinner outside looking at the beach. The kids loved the variety of games and puzzles, which once again were very handy for family game day on a rainy day. This propery is just a few minutes drive from great restaurants, ice cream, mini golfing, grocery stores, and fresh fish markets. We can't wait to come back next summer!

Long Weekend Retreat

The location of this house is great as the beach access is right across the street. The water views are just as described and beautiful. We had 9 people in our party and the 5 bedrooms were perfect for our large group. The house is decorated nicely and the furniture is very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked but there were a few things missing from the amenities: no hair dryers, ironing board or paper products. There are a few items that need some TLC. Natural wear and tear on a rented beach house. Overall the house was great for us and our stay.

Thank you for review. The kitchen is better stocked than all beach properties on island. We have absolutely everything that is needed to cook a gourmet meal. There is NO PLACE on the island that supplies the amount of dry goods, condiments, spices, oils, vinegars, baking goods, plastic wrap, reynolds wrap , paper goods ... My home has absolutely everything that is needed. If any is low then the guest will need to purchase. We only ask that our guests replace an item if it runs out vs showing up to a property where you have to buy or bring everything you need to cook. The hair dryer and ironing board were in the laundry room which you overlooked.. We have beautiful furniture, wonderful kitchen which includes a brand new stove, fridge and ice maker. regardless of some normal wear on the outside (we are twenty steps to beach) i feel my house is a 5 out of 5

Perfect Week

This house was great for two families with teen girlfriends. The kitchen was very well equipped as advertised and the eating area was super spacious for all of us. We cook in more than we eat out so there was plenty of room for that. The view was great! The corner lot made the beach access super easy. The main master suite is on the same level as the kitchen and living room which was the top(3rd) floor. There was also a half bath on that level. The 2nd floor had 4 bedrooms, 2 on either side of the hallway that shared a “Jack and Jill” bathroom. The laundry was on the 2nd floor too. We lucked out with having 2 turtle nests next to our beach access that hatched while we were there. It was a great week and we would stay in this house again.

Great Family Vacation

This property is in a great location just across the street from the beach, and close to several grocery stores, restaurants, fish markets, and mini-golfing. The view from the back of the beach was great and we ate outside almost every night. Nice sized kitchen with everything you need to cook at home. We appreciated the selection of puzzles and family games, especially on the day it rained all day!

Wonderful Stay On Oak Island, NC

We thoroughly enjoyed our Thanksgiving week at this wonderful beach house! The house was spacious enough to have all of our kids join us, and the house was also fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, cookware, etc. We enjoyed walks on the beach, a beach bonfire on Thanksgiving evening, and fishing at The Point as well as on the pier. While we dont go on vacation with the thought of watching TV, we were very impressed that each room had quality "smart TV's" in them. Nice touch. It was just a spectacular week! We hope to rent this home again in the future. Thank you so much!

great location

The property is in great location and the house is spacious with great views and easy access to the beach. I would recommend installing a small outside dumbwaiter or similar for getting groceries to the kitchen on the top floor. .

Great house, great location, great owners.

Very clean and dynamite location. Owners were great to work with! Cross the street to hit the beach with lots of space for parking for bigger families. Only suggestion for owners was that they need to update the range - quite disappointing for a property with this kind of price tag, but overall experience absolutely terrific vacation. Thank you!!!

Perfect for families!

Beautiful, comfortable, child-friendly, pet-friendly, well-equipped, well-located, well-designed, spacious house with porch, multiple decks, & wonderful views of ocean and soundside. Easy access to ocean across the street. Also near walkway on wetlands. Quiet neighborhood. Short drive to food stores & restaurants. Fully-equipped house, including kitchen, multiple bathrooms, entertainment, and beach gear. Grandkids loved the arts & craft activities. Granddaughter loved her "Frozen" theme bedroom. Hosts super-accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our week!

Great beach weekend at 602 E Beach Dr.

The house was located directly across from the beach access which was super convenient for our surf fishing weekend. Loved the views both front and back from the upper decks - awesome place to hang out when the fish weren't biting. The house was clean, lots of bedrooms and fit all of our needs. I definitely recommend.

Great property and location

We rented with our family from 5years old to 65 years old. The owners were great to work with. Proximity to the beach was fantastic. The house layout was great for our family, was clean, and had everything we needed. We HIGHLY recommend this property!

beach access and views

The beach access was great and the views from the decks were outstanding. The house is very roomy but it has many stairs to the kitchen which would be a hindrance if you are not a good stair climber. the cabinets were well stocked and plenty of dishes and cookware. very enjoyable stay

Excellent Vacation!

The view was incredible and the house was situated perfectly across the street from the beach. We had such a blast, the house was clean, today and fully stocked with kitchen items, movies, and games. The furniture was very comfortable and our large family had plenty of space, and ample room for family time. The rooms and attached bathrooms were clean and each had wonderful views! I would recommend this property for any family, whether its a weekend getaway or a summer vacation, Dan and Mary Beth's home was gorgeous and highly enjoyed by our whole family!

Amazing beachfront property seconds to the water!

This home is a gem. The house has everything you need to enjoy a week away at the beach. The best thing about the house (besides the fact that it's across the street from the beach) is the layout. It has a great kitchen that is fully stocked that's open to the dining area and living area which makes family game night or dinners much more enjoyable. The living area extends to a deck that has the most amazing views of the beach. It's minutes away from local stores for groceries and liquor. It also has plenty of parking and quick access to fishing points including the pier. Dan was very helpful and was able to answer every question we had! We will 100% be staying here again.
