The holiday home Ca La Morancica offers beautiful mountain views and is located in Yátova, just 500 meters from the town center. Spread over two floors, the property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, and two bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. After booking, you can let the host know your preferred bed setup—double or single beds—so your stay can be prepared accordingly. The number of guests must match the actual number staying. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace, TV, air conditioning, and a washing machine.



Enjoy a private outdoor chillout area, garden, terrace, two balconies, and a large barbecue—perfect for a relaxing and pleasant stay. From midnight, playing music or speaking loudly is not allowed; please keep conversations harmonious and enjoy the fresh air. The village offers two venues with a pub, darts, table football, and live music for those seeking nightlife. Free parking for motorcycles is available on the property, and street parking for cars is available next to the house. Smoking inside and hosting loud events or extra guests is not permitted. The property features a convenient self check-in system.
