Parking on the premises. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant, bar 10 m, bus stop "Benidorm" 100 m. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km, walking paths from the house 300 m. Nearby attractions: Terra Mitica 6 km, Terra Natura 6 km, Aqualandia 7 km, Mundomar 7 km, Alicante 40 km, Aeropuerto Alicante 52 km. Please note: baby equipment on request. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
