Accommodation of 80 m² cozy and is modern, It has views of the sea and the mountain.



The accommodation is equipped with the following items: lift, garden furniture, fenced garden, terrace, iron, internet, air conditioning (hot/cold), air conditioning throughout the house, swimming pool communal, open-air parking in the same building, TV.

The independent kitchen, of induction, is equipped with refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.





-Check-in its done at our office located at Avenida del Mediterraneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

-Credit/debit card details, will be required as damage deposit, or 200€ instead.

-Check-in from 16:30h (High season from 18:00h)

-Check-out before 11:00h

Zeer vriendelijke mensen aan de receptie. Mooi gepoetst appartement. Zeer groot terras waar je vanaf de namiddag zon hebt, tot de avond. Mooie inkomhal. Locatie is top: dichtbij supermarkt, dichtbij busstation, dichtbij natuurgebied om te wandelen, snel aan het strand, zwembad goed gelegen. Ik vond het heel jammer dat we pas laat in onze accommodatie konden. We hadden aangegeven hier reeds vroeg in de voormiddag te zijn, toch konden we pas rond 15u30 in het appartement. Dit kon, volgens ons, beter gecoördineerd worden. Zeer kleine tweede slaapkamer. Airconditioning ontbrak. Te kleine living voor een gezin, slechts een sofa waar twee mensen in passen. Deze sofa uittrekken tot een bed was te klein. Op het terras was geen tafel aanwezig. Deze stond wel op de foto's. Er waren wel twee kleine tafeltjes. Boiler kan niet volgen wanneer je met twee kort na elkaar doucht, laat staan met meer...

Beste Niki, we stellen het op prijs dat u de tijd heeft genomen om uw verblijf in het appartement te beoordelen. Houd er rekening mee dat als uw appartement op dezelfde dag wordt verlaten als dat u incheckt, het niet de volgende ochtend al klaar zal zijn. Gasten uitchecken om 11:00 uur, waarna ons schoonmaakteam kan beginnen met schoonmaken. Bedenk wel dat dit geen hotelkamer is, maar een huis, en dat het meer tijd kost. Wat de ketel betreft, deze heeft een beperkte capaciteit. Als er meerdere mensen tegelijk douchen, moet u begrijpen dat het water moet worden bijgevuld en opgewarmd het kost tijd. Wij zullen rekening houden met de rest van wat u ons vertelt. Een hartelijke groet.

Excellent value

It was great to have a washing machine you can actually use, I won’t be taking half the luggage next year as I can wash it and wear again, great to have a proper kettle and big fridge freezer so you could buy a lot more from local supermarket. The balcony was a real good sun trap for afternoon sun, great shower pressure and a good comfortable bed. Also very secure entrance and good door locks. I loved the shower but the drainage was slow so I worried about it flooding.
