The beach view was absolutely breathtaking! The condo was very clean and exactly as pictured. It was the perfect place for our stay on South Padre Island! My only tips - make sure you bring your own toilet paper (only one extra roll provided per bathroom), paper towels, laundry detergent, and Keurig coffee pods if you plan on using the Keurig coffee maker.

Perfect family beach condo!

Everything was great except the elevator went out several times, once with my granddaughter in it! And we had to walk 3 floors. Also the fire alarms went off several times. But the condo, pool, and hot tub were great!

Beautiful condo on the beach

We loved staying here. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved sitting in the balcony often and it was just steps to the beach . We will return.

Outstanding Beachfront Views

We went down from Houston right before hurricane Beryl. Property manager was easy to get in touch with and guided us through the process Condo was clean and well furnished with a great view of the beach from the balcony and the living room and main bedroom. Would stay there again.

Relaxing beach

Our family of 4 enjoyed the beach views immensely! Parking was a pain (2 people where in our spot) but a few brief calls to management had it resolved. The beach is a short walk, water was super warm, and the condo was quiet - we will be back.

Overall a great stay!

The view was excellent! The room was clean and had everything we needed. We would have liked a ramp to the beach since we had a wagon and I had to wait for someone to help us bring it down. Other than that we would stay again and highly recommend it.

SPI Vacation

The property is well maintained, the room was just as the photos showed. All amenities were great to use, access to the beach was an ease! Only negatives, were that we had 2 cockroaches in the room during the stay and that they were doing construction on the building and remodeling adjacent rooms which was very frustrating to have to hear that constantly.

We make sure contractors only work a certain number of hours, so they do not bother our guest with the noise as much. As per the bug(s). Our condos are sprayed every month by a professional pest control company. As you mentioned our property is very well maintained. Our condos as well as our property are kept very clean. So fun for grandkids!

Perfect! Access to the beach. Close to groceries and walkable to restaurants. Butterfly Garden is cute. Great deck! Sunrise in bed with coffee in the master! ❤️

Awesome beach location

Located on the beach, and office manager was very helpful. The only reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is because, we were there for the July 4th holiday and the pool was closed on the 4th. Also, the elevator was not working on check out day. Other than that, the stay was great.

Stylish condo

We have been to South Padre over a dozen times and this place had the nicest interior of any of the condos we have stayed. Everything is very well done with high end appliances, towels, throw rugs, couches, etc. The beds were comfortable and the black out curtains allowed us to sleep in! You are right on the beach! The pool and hot tub were heated, which was nice. I feel like the outside of the condo could be improved but that doesn't really matter! Very enjoyable stay! Would definitely stay again!

Easy breezy

Easy process for after hours check-in. Great balcony and pretty, beachy furniture. Quiet corner unit. All appliances worked. Would be nice to have beach towels provided, but not a big deal.

Escape from Minnesota

The condo was great for 4 adults and 1 child. Plenty of room for all of us. 2 bathrooms, kitchen was well stocked with cooking items but there were no paper supplies, i.e. napkins or paper towels. The unit was clean and the beds were comfy. The location was perfect! Exactly what we wanted to spend time with our son and his family during our visit.
