This cozy holiday home for two adults is fully equipped, including a spacious oven, dishwasher, and modern kitchen. The living space is efficiently furnished with a shared dining and sitting area. Please note that the bedroom is on the first floor, accessible via a staircase without a handrail, but well-lit at night. The property is in the same yard as the owner's but offers plenty of privacy. The holiday home is located on the forest's edge in the quiet village of Schoorl, a perfect base for nature lovers. Schoorl is known for its extensive dune area and the highest dunes in the Netherlands, which are ideal for walking and cycling trips. Just 500 meters away is the village center with some practical amenities. You cycle to the beach or the dunes in no time. For cozy restaurants and unique shops, nearby Bergen is the best place, where you can enjoy a lively atmosphere, restaurants, and boutiques
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine

Upon departure, please empty all trash bins and leave garbage in the designated spot
