The flat, with its own porched entrance, equipped with outdoor furniture, is located on the first floor and is divided internally into two levels. It offers a loggia with a view of the greenery, which is furnished with a small table and chairs. On the ground floor there is an additional covered seating area with table and comfortable chairs and a large barbecue.

The pool (saltwater pool) is open from early May to late October. Opening periods may change depending on weather.
