This fully equipped vacation rental, featuring free parking directly on the property and bike storage, is located in a very central, easily accessible area next to the world-famous Meissen Porcelain Manufactory (just a 3-minute walk from the historic city center with all its sights, a 5-minute walk from the Elbe Cycle Route and the Saxon Wine Route, and a 10-minute drive from the A4). Restaurants, cafés, and shopping are all nearby, all within easy walking distance. There’s a bus stop right outside the door, and the Altstadt train station is a 5-minute walk away.
Car rentals and transfer service to/from the train station or airport are available.

The vacation rental consists of a large combined living and sleeping area (with a French double bed 1.80 m x 2.00 m, a sleeper sofa + a cozy corner sofa with an armchair, ottoman, and table) for 1–3 adults or 2 adults with 1–2 children, a fully equipped kitchen (with dining table and seating area), and a bathroom (with shower/toilet and a window).
For occupancy by 4 adults or upon request, our vacation rental can be expanded to include a second separate bedroom (with a French double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m and the option to add an extra bed). Both sleeping areas are accessible from the hallway (no walk-through rooms).

On-site fees: Payment is due in cash on site. Cancellations made up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations made between 14 and 7 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (by prior telephone arrangement). Other check-in times are also possible by prior arrangement. Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Pets are allowed. There is a charge of 10 € per night. A visitor’s tax of .. Euro will be charged separately on-site. Information on included services: final cleaning, bed linens, towels, and a flat rate for electricity, gas, water, and heating. Free parking is available directly on the property, and there is space to store bicycles



Check-in is possible from 2:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.
