Located in Viviers-du-Lac, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, between Aix-les-Bains and Chambéry, this 60 m² holiday home welcomes up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms: one with a 140x190 cm double bed, the other with a 160x200 cm double bed. There is a bathroom with a bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen includes a coffee machine. You will also enjoy Wi-Fi, a TV, a fan, a washing machine, heating in all rooms, a dedicated workspace, and a comfortable living room. The house is on one level and offers mountain views.
Outside, relax in your private garden with a seating area under a 300-year-old oak tree, as well as on the covered terrace with pergola and private barbecue. The landscaped, fenced 6,000 m² grounds feature a pond and large trees.
A shared parking space is available on site, with more options on the street. You can store your bikes in a shared room or under an outdoor shelter. One pet is allowed. Parties are not permitted.
Lake Bourget and its beaches are a 10-minute walk away via a safe path. A bus stop 100 m away connects to Aix-les-Bains. A supermarket is 600 m away, and cycle paths, including the lakeside route, are 1 km away. The Aix-les-Bains racecourse and golf course are 3 km away by trail. A tennis court is a 15-minute walk. Bed linen and towels are available for an extra fee.
