The parking it is 2 spaces per condo ( in most of them) we try to accommodate our guest the best possible but during the summer months it is very hard to do so. We hope to see you back soon ! Dianna

Hi Kevin, I'm sorry to hear you didn't find your stay very peaceful. I wish you had come to tell us in the office that you were experiencing problems with noise. We were installing some tile in a condo 3 doors down from you and on the same floor. The work was only being conducted between 10am and 5pm when most people are out at the beach. If we had known you were experiencing problems with noise, we would have been happy to take care of the situation. I'm also sorry to hear that you weren't able to access the internet, again, I wish you had notified us in the office so that we could have gotten you on the internet. Some devices have more difficulty than others accessing the login page to the internet due to our firewall protection. However, if you had notified us in the office we could have given you another method of logging on that bypasses the normal guest log in page and is still secured access. Please note we do test our chemical levels in the pool and hot tub each morning and alter any chemicals as necessary. We work very hard to make sure each guest enjoys their stay. Please know we have a full team on staff and if you ever need anything or are having any problems, please let us know immediately so we can resolve the issue so that you can enjoy your well deserved vacation. I'm so sorry you didn't have the typical experience our guests have. The majority of our guests never stay anyplace else once they come here because of our hands on approach in ensuring that every guest has a wonderful experience. Sincerely, Angie

I'm sorry we didn't have time to complete that prior to your trip. Please note we have Standard and LUXURY units here. This particular condo is a Standard unit. Luxury units have been 100% renovated and feature more modern amenities and styling such as granite counter tops, master showers with built in benches, luxurious shower heads, some even have dual shower heads and some feature all stainless steel appliances. If modern amenities are important to you make sure to ask for a LUXURY unit on your next vacation. We hope to see you again for another trip! Sincerely, Angie
