The open kitchen is fully furnished and well-equipped, including a Nespresso machine. The bathroom features a shower, bidet, and towel warmer.

The apartment was completely renovated and equipped in 2019.

An outdoor parking space is generally available. During the high season, however, shortages may occur due to a higher number of vehicles than apartments, meaning that a parking space cannot always be guaranteed. As an alternative, a public parking area in front of the retirement home is available (free of charge from 8:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.). In addition, paid parking spaces are available in the Du Lac parking garage directly next to the property.

Ski storage and a shared laundry room are also available.

The apartment is centrally located in St. Moritz. In front of the house are a bus stop, bakery, pharmacy, and a large supermarket. Lake St. Moritz is about 200 meters away on foot.
